This Month in GLAM is a monthly newsletter documenting recent happenings within the GLAM project, such as content donations, residencies, events and more. GLAM is an acronym of Galleries, Libraries, Archives and Museums. You can find more information on the project at glamwiki.org.

Wikipedia user and colleague board member Romaine send us a report of this visit of Wikimania in Mexico last July. You can find the report (in Dutch) on his userpage. You can also browse through the pictures taken during the conference, or even watch some of the presentations of the conference again.

This website is tailored to the general public interested in our organisation, Wikipedia Belgium. We will put official announcements, events, meeting reports, general assembly). It will also be used as membership website where people can join up the organisation.

Our existing Mediawiki website http://be.wikimedia.org will be used as collaboration tool with public access. It will allow all members and interested people to join our discussions. As a rule of thumb, only "work on progress" should be kept on this Wiki. Static content should be transferred to this new website.
